All Datasets and Annotate Projects created from Collections are created under the Encord Active Admin's account. This means that Encord Active Admin must provide access to the Datasets and Annotate Projects to other users. Even Collection creators do not have access to Datasets and Annotate Projects until the Encord Active Admin grants access.
