The Encord Status Page at status.encord.com shows the live operational status of the Encord platform. Check it first if Encord is slow, unavailable, or behaving unexpectedly, for example if you cannot log in, Projects fail to load, or SDK requests return errors. You can also open the Status Page from the Status link at the top of every page in the Encord documentation.

Is Encord Down?

To check whether Encord is down or experiencing an incident:
  1. Go to status.encord.com.
  2. Find the region your Workspace is hosted in: Encord UK or Encord US.
  3. Check the status of each component in that region. Any active incident is shown at the top of the page, with its current state (for example, Investigating) and the regions it affects.
If the Status Page shows that all components are operational but you are still having problems, contact support@encord.com.
Not sure which region you use? If you log in at app.encord.com, your Workspace is hosted in the UK. If you log in at app.us.encord.com, your Workspace is hosted in the US.
